It may not seem like it at the time but the returns from running are greater than the costs. Don&#x2019;t think about it too much. Just get your shoes on and leave the house. Prevarication makes running harder and no one needs that. A slow run is better than no run. No one cares. It doesn&#x2019;t matter that you&#x2019;re sweaty and slow and you think you look ridiculous. It doesn&#x2019;t matter if you&#x2019;re running like a gazelle in the coolest gear money can buy. No one cares because running is entirely about the runner. You can&#x2019;t outrun your fork. No matter how many times you run, if you don&#x2019;t pay attention to what you&#x2019;re eating and drinking, you&#x2019;re never going to see the physical benefits.
