Prevarication makes running harder and no one needs that. A slow run is better than no run. No one cares. It doesn\u2019t matter that you\u2019re sweaty and slow and you think you look ridiculous. It doesn\u2019t matter if you\u2019re running like a gazelle in the coolest gear money can buy. No one cares because running is entirely about the runner. You can\u2019t outrun your fork. No matter how many times you run, if you don\u2019t pay attention to what you\u2019re eating and drinking, you\u2019re never going to see the physical benefits.
