It\u2019s providing reconnections that overcome loneliness, reuniting friends and rekindle access to education. It&#8217;s another way in which your fabulous support makes a life-changing difference.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This video features Seren, one of our amazing BubbleBusters, talking about how important her AV1 robot \u2018David\u2019 had been to her during her medical isolation.<\/p>\n<p>David had sat on her school desk though her illness while she controlled it from her home or hospital through an iPad. During school breaktimes her friends took David outside with them so that she didn\u2019t miss out on mixing with them socially. And when the school closed due to coronavirus, David continued to be a lifeline for vital social contact \u2013 we were more than happy for her to take it out of school and use it to keep in contact with friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re working to make sure that many more of the young people in our BubbleBusters project can continue to use their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noisolation.com\/\">No Isolation AV1 robots<\/a> wherever they are, not just in school.
