\u201cKati\u2019s had locked-in syndrome since having a severe stroke over 20 years ago,\u201d said Mick. \u201cShe\u2019s someone I\u2019ve been lucky enough to have been friends with ever since meeting her during a European Project on gaze control. I took the opportunity to catch up with her and introduce her to the joys of gaze-controlled gaming.\u201d<\/p>\n

“Thank you for the for the wonderful day in Helsinki!\u201d wrote Kati on FaceBook later. \u201cIt was so nice to see you after all these years! I was happy to be your guinea-pig and test your eye gaze video games!\u201d<\/p>\n
