We’ve been amazingly lucky in recent years to benefit from the incredible generosity on the part of Riot Games and the League of Legends community. This summer, the Riot Games Social Impact Fund has launched a brilliant new campaign called the\u00a0Sentinels Initiative<\/a>, which is open to all fans of LOL.<\/p>\n

The campaign gives YOU the player the chance to nominate a charity you love for grant funding, bringing your own creativity into play to help inspire others to nominate too.\u00a0As the website explains:<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ll have the opportunity to share why your cause or nonprofit matters to your community. Have a tale to tell? We want to hear it! More of a visual storyteller? Submit a picture or video! Every submission has the chance of inspiring more nominations, but the top 30 will also win a $10,000 grant from the Riot Games Social Impact Fund for their charity or cause!\u201d<\/p>\n

There are SO many great charities out there, we simply want to share the good news and give as many people the opportunity to join in as possible, before the closing date on Monday 9 August. However, if you’d like to nominate us, here’s how the process works.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Head to the LOL website and sign in<\/a><\/p>\n

– Add your name and pick your favourite Sentinel from the options available.<\/p>\n

– You\u2019ll then be asked to select what category your chosen cause falls under. If you’re nominating us, we suggest you select \u201cOther\u201d:<\/p>\n
