\"Two<\/p>\n

Felix was diagnosed with leukaemia in 2024. He\u2019s in Year 5 at primary school and loves learning, but he\u2019s only able to physically attend school for about half the time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve lent him one of our friendly little AV1 BubbleBuster Project<\/a> robots that sits at his desk at school when he\u2019s not able to be there. It becomes his eyes, ears and voice in the classroom and, by controlling it remotely through a tablet computer, he can talk, learn and interact alongside his friends.<\/p>\n

His mum Kat told us \u201cIt\u2019s 100% been one of the best things we\u2019ve discovered through the last ten months for both his mental health and his thirst for learning.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since the BubbleBusters Project started in 2020 we\u2019ve connected over 100 families with schools across the UK, and we look forward to our little loan robots, made by No Isolation<\/a>, being reused again and again to tackle isolation and help many more pupils in the future.<\/p>\n
